Privacy notice
Who we are
Knife Making Courses (knifemakingcourses.co.uk), run by [company or trading name], [address]. Contact: [email].
Enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we pass your name, email, optional phone number and message to the forge you chose, and keep a copy for up to 24 months so we can help if something goes wrong. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (passing on the enquiry you asked us to send).
Marketing
We only send news if you tick the box to agree. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
Forge listings
Forge listings use business information that forges publish themselves (business name, town, website, courses, and business contact details). If you run a forge and want your listing changed or removed, contact us and we'll do it promptly.
Visitor statistics
We count page views and clicks to show forges how their listing performs. We don't use tracking cookies for this: visits are counted with a code that changes daily and can't identify you.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep forges and admins logged in. Maps on some pages load map tiles from OpenStreetMap, and fonts load from Google Fonts.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing [email]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
